Sairam received his Master’s degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy from the University of South Australia, Adelaide in year 2000. He is additionally certified as an Ergonomic evaluation specialist from the USA. Formerly from the Singapore General Hospital, he has sixteen years of diverse work experience in Singapore. He has worked in the areas of Musculoskeletal/Orthopedics, Neurological, Sports and Geriatric care, both in the public as well as in private practice in Singapore. He has published papers in international journals and written many an article on health and wellbeing for the public.
He regularly delivers work injury prevention talks to corporates in Singapore and has a keen interest in the prevention and management of work related musculoskeletal disorders. He engages the public in creating awareness on work injury prevention and presents talks on many health and wellness topics to the public such as workplace ergonomics, back & neck care, knee pain management, safe sports strategies, osteoporosis and Diabetes & exercise. He has delivered lectures on safe work practices to corporates such as Wearnes, Komatsu, Ingersoll Rand and Umar Pulavar language School, Pan Malayan Pharmaceuticals, GE aviation, Pratt & Whitney, Hollandse international school, MHC Asia insurance etc.
An ardent enthusiast of active sports, Mr. Sairam is an avid cricketer and represents the Challengers United Cricket Club in the Singapore Clubs league. He has travelled through Asia with the Singapore National Cricket Team as a Physiotherapist and has gained valuable experience in managing a wide range of sports injuries.

Ms. Rujuta has a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy) .She has more than ten years’ experience working in private practice in Singapore treating an extensive range of acute and chronic Orthopedic / musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. She is trained in MedX Spinal Rehabilitation and has implemented the MedX protocol successfully for many clients.
She takes care in educating her clients on the importance of preventing recurrent spine issues. Ms. Rujuta directs her approach in treating the source of the problem to maximize complete rehabilitation and recovery.
Ms. Rujuta has a specific interest in managing back and neck pain with individualized and customized treatment protocols. She integrates her knowledge in the area of women’s health to manage osteoporosis, stress incontinence, ante natal and post natal care and fibromyalgia.

Khim Chwee has over thirteen years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist working in public hospital, private clinic and domiciliary settings. He obtained his Masters of Science in Neurological Physiotherapy and is passionate about helping patient with Stroke, Parkinsonism and other neurological conditions achieve their full rehabilitation potential.
Over the years he has had the opportunity to rehabilitate a wide array of patient, ranging from frail elderly with fall risk, elderly with chest infection to people with musculoskeletal conditions.
His real passion is strength, balance and functional rehabilitation, which he believes is key to his patient’s long term recovery success. With a keen eye for movement and gait analysis, Khim Chwee evaluates his patients posture and biomechanics to offer advice on improving his patient’s gait and balance.
