Sairam received his Master’s degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy from the University of South Australia, Adelaide in year 2000. He is additionally certified as an Ergonomic evaluation specialist from the USA. Formerly from the Singapore General Hospital, he has sixteen years of diverse work experience in Singapore. He has worked in the areas of Musculoskeletal/Orthopedics, Neurological, Sports and Geriatric care, both in the public as well as in private practice in Singapore. He has published papers in international journals and written many an article on health and wellbeing for the public.

He regularly delivers work injury prevention talks to corporates in Singapore and has a keen interest in the prevention and management of work related musculoskeletal disorders. He engages the public in creating awareness on work injury prevention and presents talks on many health and wellness topics to the public such as workplace ergonomics, back & neck care, knee pain management, safe sports strategies, osteoporosis and Diabetes & exercise.
